My name is Rossi Piltz. Singing has always been a passion of mine, classic rock being my favorite genre from the 60’s and 70’s.

I was born at Fort Sill, in Lawton, Oklahoma and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada until my family moved to South Lake Tahoe. In 1985 I returned to Vegas to attend UNLV. I had hopes of finding a band and becoming a rock star, but life happens and music took a back seat, actually, got kicked out of the car and I became a housewife and soccer mom, and eventually a single parent. I chose to go back to school in 2004, and I earned my certification in massage therapy and also my associates of science degree. In 2006 I bought a spa in South Lake Tahoe but in 2010, due to economic hardship, was forced to close my doors, and move back to Las Vegas.

It was during my four years in Tahoe I rediscovered my love of music and singing, and when I returned to Vegas I went out in search of karaoke bars. I met, got familiar and became friends with a lot of wonderful, talented people. Soon, I was in the loop!

What has inspired me in music started with my father. He was in a band called 'Stark Naked' and 'The Car Thieves'. This inspired me to sing. I soon realized my most requested songs to sing are Janis Joplin’s Piece of My Heart and Bobby McGee. This then lead me to an audition to be a Janis Joplin tribute artist and where I am today.
